Warren overturned the idea of a swimming pool and a badminton court of about 1100 square meters behind his home in Saligao and converted it into fertile ground for growing all types of vegetables and herbs they would need for the restaurant.

" fantastic food and service, Warren Vaz doing a great job in providing delicious food using fresh veg from his home farm. over several visits in our 3 months in Goa we tried a wide selection of food which all delivered a wonderful Thai experience. From Tom Yum soup, spring rolls, satay, papaya salad, prawn cakes, crispy duck, spare ribs, beef salad, stir fried veg, morning glory and seabass all well cooked, presented and tasty (even my wife who isn't keen on fish loved the sea bass) Keep up the good work and we will see you next season"
